i have a 1.4 vw golf rabbit..starts and runs good for 10 mins then starts chugging on low revs..can u help..?
it doesnt overheat or anything like that,,,its almost like the automatic choke doesnt release but its injection…ive been thinking of replacing full injection system and coil, is there maybe a cheaper or more simple solution…
the reason why its running good when cold is because the auto choke kicking in and when the choke is automatically turned off, the ecu (electronic control unit) is told that it does not need to injected so much fuel.
the problem your car has is a sensor is not working correctly, by my experience its probably the air temp sensor, which measures air temp and if not functioning properly it could be telling the ecu to inject less fuel when it needs more
